Jacob Hollz casters and products are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a period of (1) year from the date of the original purchase. Any product found to be defective due to material or workmanship and returned to JHC with prior written authorization, within the warranty period will be repaired or replaced free of charge, excluding freight and installation.
This Limited Warranty does not include any product that has been abused, misused, mishandled, altered, or improperly installed. Jacob Holtz Company's obligation under this Limited Warranty is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the purchase price at the sole discretion of The Jacob Holtz Company.
This Limited Warranty is provided in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, and all other warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are hereby excluded and disclaimed.
